| This story is fun and action-packed and should appeal to programmers above all. That said, the technology details are slightly dated, inevitably impacting present day enjoyment. And some stretches of text relating to religion/history got a little tedious for me. Still I couldn't help but be impressed with the creativity and originality of the story. | The author's vision of a not too distant future earth, with its technological advances and different factions that have risen to power is so interesting in itself it makes the book worth reading. But these elements have been written so seamlessly into a well paced, griping story with really awesome characters makes it even more with while. I really enjoyed this book | ||||

| Fantastic, amazing vision given that the this novel pre-dates the web as we know it. Feels like half of googles services were first conceived in this book! I prefer diamond age as it feels chimes with my feelings as a parent of young children. But snow crash is absoulutely great. I hope you all "listen to reason" | ||||

| Not one of my favorite Neal Stephenson books. Plot is weak. Characters are shallow. Storyline is predictable. Gratuitous sex and swearing that does nothing but detract from the story. Not even in the same league as Anathem, Cryptonomicon, and Seveneves. Won't waste my time with his other early works. | ||||

| After reading the Amazon e version I learned that the original version was a graphics novel filled with illustrations, unfortunately none are provided in the Amazon version. I feel I've been ripped off. The story is terrific and despite being more than 20 years old still feels current. | ||||

| What I Liked I love the humor and the style of the content of this book. For the book as a whole, it is in paper back not bad at all and the price is just fine. What I Didn't Like I can't say it right now since I have not compared it yet to other book catering almost same content. So now none and I enjoyed reading this book. User Experience I love reading the book, actually at first you will get confuse with how the story goes. This book is a must try. Repurchase And Recommend Yes, it is a must try to novel readers, the style and humor is good after all. | ||||
