| It was an interesting story, but certainly not very realistic. Of course, it is a fictional tale. The idea that a foreign agent could actually steal a sophisticated aircraft from a secure facility almost single handedly is rather far-fetched, but I went along with it. The battle scenes got way too detailed for my taste & I ended up skimming through the text. It may be better suited for someone who is more familiar with military aircraft. | ||||

| If a reader has little military experience, particularly "flight" vocabulary much of the page will have little meaning. The story of high level espionage is very entertaining and highly related to current Russian/American conflicts. | The "day of the Cheetah" was very interesting and believable. As a career Air Force Officer I felt very close to the characters in the story. Sometimes the detail got a little too involved but some was necessary to tell the story. I recommend the book to Air Force members and anyone interested in aviation. | ||||

| This book has joined a small group of books which bored the pants off me to the extent I could not read it any more. I found the "From Russia with Love" Soviet Agent training Academy simplistic and difficult from the start. When the anti hero gets to America I found the lashings of pseudo science and meaningless acronyms made the prose clunky and difficult to follow.. I was not able to pick out which ones I should remember for future use or which were transient. The story developed so slowly I am afraid I lost interest and gave up at a mere 24%. | ||||
