The basic concept isn’t acceptable. That Martindale would commit the first murder is acceptable. However, Kinsolving not committing he second and then believing his accomplice could convince the police he was guilty of a crime just doesn’t jell.

Product was listed as in good condition actual condition was poor. pages falling out pages with what looked like pasta sauce stains. Be aware the product does not match what you will receive

Should have state with the stone books which were better much better

This is the most contrived, boring and incompENTLY written book we have ever read in the 60 years of reading mystery books!

Weak, lame, derivative and absolutely NOT up to the expected standard from this author. He seems to be running on empty with this one. VERY disappointing indeed.

Plot was shallow. The casual sex is unrealistic and juvenile. It is easy enough reading so is not boring so you would lose your interest completely. Stuart Woods has definitely written much better books.

The book was a little boring compared to other Stuart Woods novels. Also the basic premise was really a reach.

Imperfect Stranger? An implausible story I would say! Imperfect writer for this improbable story. Is this really the Stuart Woods who wrote "Chiefs"?

Great read. Stuart WOODS always writes a good book. Each one have an entirely different twist. I recommend every Stuart WOODS book I have ever read.

I am a Woods fan, and enjoyed this book enough to finish it, but I thought there was too much sex talk, which requires no talent, and it was about 50 pages too long. I have read about 6 of his books and this is the first one I was ready for the story to wrap up. But, the characters were diverse, the story original and the Lady Villian was a REAL terror. I still wonder if she Loved Anybody.
