| I stopped reading the book and removed it from my device. Brown took a prick, wanna be bad boy, and let him win over the heroine, and had him backed up by a superior officer that was supposedly interested in having a battle ready unit! I say BS on that! I can see too much of that kind of crap in the DC political news to PAY for it in the form of supposedly novel reading. There won't be anymore Dale Brown books in my future. | ||||

| Four was as high as I could vote because this book had several military errors and things that could not happen. I gave this book a four because it is written about a weak president with an overbearing first lady who really runs the policies of the government. This is not about the late 90s, butis close to the situation we have in America today. The only difference is our FIRST lady does her talking in the background where others do not hear her. | ||||

| This was an interesting read with a ton of action, but it seemed somewhat choppy as well and certainly left a number of threads hanging. All in all a decent book though. | ||||

| Given that the book was written in the 90's, Mr. Brown saw the potential geopolitical hot spot we now find ourselves confronting. Also, his portrayal of the politicization of the chain of command is very realistic. For readers who have never flown a fighter, Mr. Brown gives the reader some insight of how busy and multi-tasking flying can be. Good read. | ||||

| As usual Dale Brown delivered an entertaining read. I like that he explains military terms and equipment with enough detail to inform yet not put you to sleep. The only negative about the book would be the several pages of sexual acts described as explicitly as the weapons. It added nothing to the story and makes you wonder why porno would be needed. What ever happened to saying something like "they fell onto the bed together". We all know what comes next without resorting to teenage fantasy. Other than that it was a good book. | ||||

| Good book. Too. Much military lingo. The country of Ukraine is not called "The Ukraine". Just Ukraine. The word "the"was incorrectly placed in front of Ukraine on a regular basis. | ||||

| Excellent reading. Dale Brown has a knack for using real of similar occasions in history and then adds his own characters and circumstances. Excellent writing and in tune with Dale Brown's tremendous writing abilities. | ||||
