Really?

I like this series, but I am getting pretty frustrated with the jerk being able to assault a police officer's wife - repeatedly - without being charged or arrested. Get real. I think I will take a break from these ridiculous plot lines. Goldy needs a can of Mace, a spine and some counseling about what she's teaching her son, which is that it's okay to physically and verbally abuse women. I'm done.

Completed the Series....

I have all the Goldy Series books..I love reading them as a.. light reading.. funny amateur detective always in the wrong place.. type situations...and I love the recipes...

Another super who-dunnit with Goldy working out the details of a crime. I like to read about the steps she takes to solve such complex murders. I'm on your team!

The Jerk is still around..

I got confused at the many characters this time. I'm even angrier that Goldy hasn't yet given the Jerk his just desserts, but I can't wait. Of course I still like the series, but I can't wait for Tom to see her ex in action.
