| I liked how the author brought two different characters from the first two books in this series to work together for a common cause in this book. It brings in historical events of Hitler's regime as basis for the disappearance of several aged men while their children search diligently to find them. It shows how intense hate and revenge can turn into forgiveness when faced with the reality of what getting even really means. | ||||

| it's a page turner. the plot is convoluted with many twists & turns. multiple lead characters make it confusing to follow as bad guys & good guys frequently mix it up. premise is intriguing... multi-generational professional assassins-but could this possibly be real? | ||||

| I didn't look at the publication date before I bought this so it was a little disconcerting to read a n "older" story a la early Jack Reacher. The story was interesting if pretty unbelievable. Not enough to make me continue reading the series but not a waste of time either. | ||||

| Loved the convoluted story and character development. Good action that was worked into the plot line was delightful. As usual, some of the twists and turns were a bit contrived, but enjoyable. I can recommend this to those of us readers who addicted to espionage thrillers. | ||||

| I am a huge fan of the series this was the last one of the series that I've read and it did not disappoint. there was a nice level of complexity, there were different layers to the book, and as a reader who likes to figure out the finish before the end I was unable to and that is always a pleasant surprise for me. | ||||

| Great book! Part of a great series: Brotherhood of the Rose, Fraternity of the Stone, and TLNF. Morrell at his very best. You cannot put it down. Reads a bit like Baldacci. | ||||
