Overwritten

Two complicated; weak characterization, fuzzy focus. Difficult to engage with any character as action constantly switches with no apparent connectivity.

It was good enough to read all the way through

It was good enough to read all the way through, but the plot itself seemed to be stretched just to write about the Nazis.

Interesting, but Wandering

I enjoyed this book but it took about half the book before I figured out who the bad guys were and who the good guys were. Character development was lengthy and hard to follow. The message in the end was worth the confusion thought. Looking back, it was worth the trip.
